Our Summer Part 3B: Fun With Grandma & Grandpa--In Madison!

Just after our weekend in Red Wing, Jess and the boys spent a long weekend in Madison, while Andy led a youth mission trip. We had a lovely time!

Kitchen Orchestra:

The boys enjoyed practicing their percussive skills with the kitchenware!

There were several days of chalk creations, as it kept raining...we'd draw one day, and have a clean slate the next!

 This is Grandma's beautiful drawing of Grandma & Simon :-)

 On our last full day, we went to a dreampark (read: playground on steroids) in Monona--it was LOTS of castle-themed fun!

 Theodore's favorite spot in the climber was a little sloped bridge he could slide down on his stomach
